Guest Service RepresentativeThe Guest Service Representative (GSR) embodies the property’s commitment to exceptional service, ensuring guests receive efficient, courteous, and professional assistance in all front office operations. The Guest Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our properties. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or issues.We seek highly motivated team members. Our ideal candidates should exude a passion for the hospitality industry that will attract and inspire our team members to cultivate an exceptional guest experience.**Please note that public transportation (SEPTA) does not service our property on weekends/specific hours. Other means of reliable transportation will be required for this position**Position Details:Employment Type: Full-time 4-5 days per week (32-40 Hours/week)Scheduled Hours: Flexibility of BOTH mornings (7am-3pm) and night shifts (3p-11pm) are required. Rotation of scheduled hours each week- this will not be a set schedule position.
